Amanda Anderson is a transactional attorney who represents developers, owners, lenders and borrowers in a wide range of commercial transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of real and personal property assets. She counsels privately held corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, and regularly represents landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial lease negotiations. Mrs. Anderson has extensive experience representing developers of residential and commercial projects in all stages of the development process, including acquisition and financing of the land, platting of the property, preparing project documentation, including prospectuses, restrictions, and filings for condominiums, subdivisions, and mixed-use projects, and submitting the property to the condominium form of ownership or establishing subdivision restrictions for the property. She also represents borrowers, institutional lenders and private lenders in negotiating and documenting loan transactions, including real estate and asset based lending, construction financing, leasehold financing, permanent lending, loan workouts and debt restructuring. Mrs. Anderson has specialized knowledge of the deathcare industry both as in house counsel for one of the largest publicly traded providers of deathcare services and merchandise in the United States and as outside counsel for privately owned funeral homes, cemeteries and crematories.
