Corinne Alley is a transactional attorney with her primary focus on real estate and corporate matters. Ms. Alley has experience drafting and negotiating various contracts including leases, purchase agreements, construction agreements and master service agreements. She further has experience in business entity formation and structure. Ms. Alley offers a unique perspective as a transactional attorney due to her background in civil litigation which included first and third party insurance defense, commercial/business disputes, and maritime/admiralty law. Ms. Alley is a “double Aggie”, graduating from both Texas A&M University and Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, she clerked with the Attorney General of Texas in Austin, Texas and with the Honorable Craig Smith in the 192nd Civil District Court in Dallas, Texas (recently elected to the 5th District Court of Appeals). She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2017 and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
