Following months of briefing, trial and post-trial briefing, Chris Collins and Paul Vitanza received a summary disposition from the State Office of Administrative Hearings (“SOAH“) in favor of their client, a manufacturer and seller of cosmetic, removable dental veneers, and against the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, disposing of the Board’s issuance of a Cease and Desist Order based upon allegations that the client was engaged in the unauthorized practice of dentistry and operation of an unregistered dental laboratory.
